Not at all! The process is quick, safe, and completely painless.

Can I remove it?

Yes - simply snip the jump ring with scissors. Keep your chain and we're happy to re-weld it for you at a future appointment.

Absolutely. We use professional tools and take every precaution for your safety and comfort.

Do you offer refunds on permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry sales are final due to the custom nature of each piece.
