At Milk Money Chains, we take great care in crafting and delivering your handmade jewelry. Each piece is thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.
Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and handmade within 1-3 business days before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates We ship via USPS within the United States only at this time.
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $5 flat rate
- Priority Mail (2-3 business days): $10
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100
Tracking All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email address once your package ships.
Delivery Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Lost or Damaged Items While rare, if your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello.milkmoneychains@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
